Closing time for the 100 sponsor club membership is when the official race result of the British Supermono Championship race at Mallory Park on the 9th September 2007 is declared.

By sponsoring the racing project with £60 and returning a signed 100 sponsor club membership card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Each one of the one hundred £60 sponsors will be issued with a unique 100 sponsor club membership number. The membership number is detailed on a two part card that will be issued on receipt of your sponsorship and postal address details. The sponsor member must sign both parts of the card on the reverse and return one half of the card to Moments Notice! at the address detailed above to validate the membership. The onus of responsibility for returning the half needed for the free prize draw is entirely that of the sponsor.
The membership is limited to 100 sponsor members. Closing date for the 100 sponsor club memberships is at the time of the supermono championship race result declaration, at Mallory Park on the 9th September 2007. Once the number of membership applications reaches 100 or sooner, at the discretion of Moments Notice! the membership application will be closed.
You will understand that once all 100 sponsor memberships are allocated, each single sponsorship of £60 will entitle the sponsor to have a membership number included in the free membership draw that will win Gordon. The duration of the sponsor membership lasts until midnight on 7th October 2007.
By sponsoring and becoming a 100 sponsor club member you understand that if all 100 tickets are not sold, by the closing date of the 9th September 2007 then the draw will not take place; the sponsorship monies will not be refunded, all funds received up to that date will be deemed to have been given freely by the members as sponsorship contributions. Should sponsorship funds of £6000 not related in any way to the 100 club sponsor membership purchases be received before the closing date of the 9th September 2007; then the value of individual 100 sponsor clubs memberships sponsored up to that time will be refunded to the sponsors. The organisers reserve the right to change the closing and draw dates.
After the British Supermono Championship prize giving at Mallory Park on the 9^th September 2007 on condition all 100 sponsor club memberships have been allocated or at the discretion of Moments Notice! a free draw of membership numbers will be made and the holder of the drawn sponsor membership number will win Gordon. The prize described as 'Gordon' will be the race bike that competed and finished 3rd in the British Supermono championship round one at Brands Hatch circuit on 14th April 2007 under the entry number of 66, in whatever state it is when the British Supermono Championship race result is declared at Cadwell Park on October 7th 2007.
Ownership of Gordon will not be transferred until after the last race of the championship had finished at Cadwell Park, UK on October 7^th 2007. The free draw prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Should it be used in competition, the rear Öhlins shock absorber lent to 'Gordon' remains the property of Zweitze Rooske and is not included in the draw.
Judges will be appointed by Moments Notice!. The decision of the judges in all matters is final and absolute.
No correspondence will be entered into. It is a condition of sponsor membership that all rules are accepted as final and that the individual member agrees to abide by these rules.
The winner if not present at the time of the draw will be notified in writing and by email within ten days of the draw date using the contact details entered at the time of entry. The name of the winner and their home town may be used in promotional materials following the draw date.
Moments Notice! is not liable for any licensing or insurance requirements that the winner may legally require in order to take advantage of the prize. Moments Notice! will not be liable for any transport, shipping or delivery costs to deliver Gordon to the member whose number was drawn
The prize as described is available after the end of the last championship race 7^th October 2007. Should events occur that render the awarding of the free draw prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Moments Notice! the company reserves the right to amend this promotion. The member agrees that no liability shall be attached to Moments Notice! as a result. 100 Sponsor Club Members must be aged eighteen years or over. Moments Notice! reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
No responsibility will be accepted for electronic, network, telecoms, systems, hardware or software faults, failures or omissions, or network availability, accessibility or congestion or failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or the acts or omissions of any service provider or unauthorised human acts.
Moments Notice! will not be held liable for any loss caused by our errors or negligence. We make no representations or warranties with regard to the services offered nor as to the quality, suitability or availability of the goods offered as the free draw prize.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the competition website is always available, we cannot guarantee that access will be continual and error free and will not be held responsible for periods when the website is unavailable.
